Billy Ray Cyrus Officially Files to Withdraw Divorce from Tish

One day after news broke that Billy Ray Cyrus called off his divorce from Tish Cyrus, documents making it official have surfaced.

Miley‘s dad filed to withdraw his petition for divorce in Williamson County, Tennessee on March 11, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

A judge signed off on the order of nonsuit and dismissal, which declares that “the parties are attempting a reconciliation.”

Explaining his decision on an episode of “The View” due to air today, Cyrus says, “I want to put my family back together” and describes his relationship with his superstar daughter as “the best it’s ever been.”
