A woman is suing Bill Cosby for allegedly assaulting her when she was 15 years old. In a lawsuit filed Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Judy Huth, now 55, claims the comedy legend molested her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974.

According to the legal documents, Huth says she and a 16-year-old friend originally met Cosby on a movie set at a Los Angeles park. She says Cosby invited them to a tennis club a week later, where he allegedly gave them alcohol as they played billiards, supposedly requiring the girls to drink beer every time he won the game. Huth claims Cosby then took them to the Playboy Mansion, where he allegedly told them to lie and say they were 19 years old, if anyone asked.

Huth and her attorneys go on to allege that at a bedroom in the infamous residence, Cosby started to “sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent.” The lawsuit says, “This traumatic incident, at such a tender age, has caused psychological damage and mental anguish for her that has caused significant problems throughout her life,” and further claims Huth was so scarred from it, that she only recently connected it to her personal issues.

That prompted to her to now file the lawsuit decades after the assault supposedly took place, suing for sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress. Under California law, an alleged victim can sue for sexual assault if they first recall or discover the incident within three years prior to filing. Huth is seeking compensatory, punitive and exemplary damages for her “severe and extreme emotional distress.” This is both the first sexual assault lawsuit Cosby has been hit with since settling a suit back in 2005, and it also marks the first time an alleged victim has claimed to have been underage.

As Gossip Cop has reported, an increasing number of women have come forward in recent weeks claiming they were assault by Cosby years ago. Through his lawyer, he has attempted to deny some of the allegations, though the backlash continues to grow, with many of the star’s tour dates getting canceled. On Monday, the comedian stepped down from the Board of Trustees at Temple University. Gossip Cop has reached out to Cosby’s attorney regarding the new lawsuit, and will have updates.
