Beyonce Grammys Video 2017: Watch “Love Drought,” “Sandcastles” Grammy Awards Performance!
Pregnant Beyonce performed “Love Drought” and “Sandcastles” at the 2017 Grammys on Sunday. Watch below!
As Gossip Cop reported, earlier this month Beyonce announced she’s pregnant with twins. While the superstar didn’t reveal how far along she is in the pregnancy, she revealed the joyous news by showing off her already sizeable baby bump. That led some to wonder whether she’d actually take the Grammy stage, but the superstar proved long ago that she’s more than capable of being a working mother.
Beyonce’s Grammy Awards performance was rumored ever since the nominations for the 59th annual ceremony were revealed in September. As Gossip Cop reported at the time, she led the pack of nominees with nine nods. All the nominations were for the visual album, Lemonade, which came out last year.
The ambitious and critically acclaimed project garnered nominations for the top prize, Album of the Year, along with “Formation” getting recognized in the Song of the Year, Record of the Year, and Best Video categories. And with tracks on Lemonade spanning genres, Beyonce also scored nods in the pop, rock, and rap fields. Of course, Beyonce already has plenty of Grammy hardware, both as a solo artist and a member of Destiny’s Child.
But she went into tonight as one of the favorites to beat, and also one to watch, with an introduction from her own mom, Tina Knowles. Check out video of Beyonce’s Grammy performance below.
