Beyoncé “Formation” — Listen To New Song And Watch Music Video Here!
Beyoncé surprised fans on Saturday by dropping a new song called “Formation” just one day before she performs at the Super Bowl. Watch the music video below!
Without any warning whatsoever, the clip was uploaded to Beyoncé’s official YouTube account as “Formation (Dirty).” Indeed, the beginning of the video shows “parental advisory” on the screen warning “explicit lyrics.” And one of those first lines is, “Bitch, I’m back.”
Beyoncé actually raps much of the song, which is filled with references to the Illuminati, paparazzi, and Givenchy. The superstar sings about her upbringing, such as being a Texas girl, and Blue Ivy appears in the video, seemingly to represent her famous famous mama as a child. The track as a whole is a tribute to Beyoncé’s beginnings and how far she’s come, with the singer cracking, “I earned all this money, but they never take the country out me.”
Later on, she says, “I’m a star, ’cause I slay,” which may be the biggest understatement of all time. Beyoncé goes on to say she “may be a black Bill Gates in the making.” There’s also a lot of sexual innuendos, but she also has a “clean” version of the track that should make it suitable for the Super Bowl halftime show.
There’s several dance scenes in the video that are amazing enough to rival “Single Ladies,” and Beyoncé also posted still photos of the moves on her Instagram and website. While you can listen to the song and watch the music video below, the track can only be purchased right now through Tidal.
