Beyonce Documentary to Air on HBO in February

Beyonce will be the subject of an HBO documentary set to air on February 16, the network announced on Monday.

The singer is also directing and executive producing the feature-length film, which is a mix of concert footage and confessional interviews with the superstar.

The untitled movie will focus on Beyonce’s childhood in Houston, her career as a singer and actress, and her life as a wife to Jay-Z and mother to Blue Ivy.

She said in a statement, “Some of my favorite shows are on HBO, so I am excited that my film will be part of its bold programming. This film was so personal to me, it had to have the right home.”

    I definitely will be tuning into this documentary about Beyonce’s life as a mother, wife and performer.This will be interesting to see all of these aspects of her life that we don’t
    get to see when she’s on stage. I agree that HBO is the perfect home for this documentary. My DISH coworker first told me about this documentary and I know I won’t be missing it. I’m going to record it on my DISH Hopper. I like to record on this DVR because when I play back recordings I can start watching on my living room TV and then continue watching on my kitchen TV right where I left off. This saves me a ton of time and allows me to get a lot done while I watch. I can’t wait to see what more we can learn about Beyonce’s life.

    Beyonce is minding her own business. Why don’t y’all basic haters mind yours? She’s been in the game for more than a decade and she’s still relevant. Most of the artists from the 90s have already faded away. Over 200 awards including 16 GRAMMYS, net worth of 300million, SuperBowl next year.
