Beyonce Reveals Diet Secrets And Vegan Food Delivery Service On GMA (VIDEO)
Beyonce revealed her diet secrets on “Good Morning America” on Monday. She said she follows the “22-Day Revolution,” created by trainer Marco Borges, and that it’s helped her achieved a trimmer body and more flawless skin. See the video below.
In a taped piece, Beyonce says she has curves and is “proud of my curves,” but has “struggled since a young age with diets” until she began the plant-based 22-day revolution diet. The singer says.” This is something I have to share with everyone” because ever since she began on the diet, “the weight stayed off” and her skin has become “really firm” and “tight.” Beyonce’s so committed to the 22-day diet that she’s partnered with Borges on a vegan food delivery service. Borges was also in the segment, explaining the importance of his vegetable and plant diet, drinking plenty of water ,and 30 minutes a day of exercise.
Two weeks ago, Beyonce made Forbes’ “World’s Most Powerful Women” list, coming in at number 21. The magazine noted that Beyonce and the other women who made the list were chosen for being “at the top of their game and… committed to inspiring change.”
