It all depends on the circumstances of what the woman is in. 1) IF the woman has/had an illness that could threaten the unborn child. 2) Their ovaries removed, because of cancer or similar diseases. 3) Age. Too old to get a baby. 4) And if they too often have had miscarriages.

The proof that Beyonce’s publicity team offered of her pregnancy is a photo of her in a bikini, skinny with visible ribs; she looked like she had a hearty lunch. Beyonce then made some public appearances with a fake tummy (she must have gotten tips from AJ). Many celebs use surrogates and then claim that they delivered the baby. (AJ’s photos from the twins are hilarious.) As PT Barnum said, there’s a sucker born everyday, and the publicists for the stars perpetuate these lies. I think I’ve got this all figured out. Through out ALOT of research I think I know what’s going on; Beyonce’s baby is real though she never gave birth to it because she didn’t want to ruin her body figure but Jay-Z’s sperm and Beyonce’s eggs were still used but the baby growth came from a unknown woman from else where which they probably hired. Apparently Beyonce hardly takes care of her baby and hired a lot of nannies and baby sitters to look after Blue Ivy, she’s not mother material and her main goal is still singing and dancing. On the other hand Jay-Z is all over Blue Ivy and can’t get enough of her. Though some people think that Beyonce is taking out a ‘doll’ to public, it might be true because she desperately want’s to show she cares for the baby, and when covering it up, she’s probably showing she want’s her privacy. Blue Ivy is real and has been out into public but probably with Jay-Z and not always Beyonce alone. However, I still love Beyonce to bits because no bodies perfect and everyone has their ups and downs, beside all this, none of it means she doesn’t have an amazing talent of singing with a voice of an angel and dancing with that beautiful figure.
