VIDEO: Betty White Surprised By Flash Mob For 93rd Birthday — WATCH HERE!
Betty White was given an early birthday present on Friday when she was surprised by a flash mob on the set of “Hot in Cleveland.” Watch the video below!
White, who turned 93 on Saturday, was riding in a golf cart when she was told there “might be a little celebration” in honor of her birthday. The Hollywood legend is apparently greeted each day by her assistant doing the hula, but this time, the dance included a cast of dozens.
White appeared shocked as more and more people dressed in Hawaiian garb join the fun, pulling off a choreographed routine. She smiled and cheered as she was driven through the organized chaos in the golf cart, clapping and dancing in her seat, and then seemed to be near tears when her co-stars Valerie Bertinelli, Wendie Malick, and Jane Leeves joined in.
At the end, a special banner was brought out, and everyone yelled, “Happy birthday, Betty!” Overwhelmed, but in a good way, White quipped afterward, “At 93 you shouldn’t be doing this!” The special moment came just over a week after White won Favorite TV Icon at the People’s Choice Awards, where she exclaimed on stage, “Can you imagine, the People’s Choice, at 93?!” Well, White is very loved.
