Bethenny Frankel Tapes Talk Show Pilot With Help From Ellen DeGeneres’ Team

Bethenny Frankel has begun taping her very own talk show, and not only is Ellen DeGeneres involved in the project, but Gossip Cop hears her Emmy-winning Executive Producers — Mary Connelly, Ed Glavin and Andy Lassner – are even producing Frankel’s pilot.

The former “Real Housewives of New York” star has been on “Ellen” a handful of times, and we’re told DeGeneres will generate interest and excitement for Frankel’s upcoming show by having her as a regular guest next year.

While the Telepictures-produced pilot is being taped out West, should it be picked up for a full series, Frankel’s show will most likely shoot in her hometown of New York.

A source tells Gossip Cop, “The fact that Ellen’s top producers are behind the pilot shows a real commitment to Bethenny’s show.”
