Bethenny Frankel: I Had Miscarriage

Bethenny Frankel recently suffered a miscarriage, she revealed Monday on the “Today Show.”

The former “Real Housewives of New York” star’s admission came after co-host Savannah Guthrie asked if she and husband Jason Hoppy had any plans to expand their family.

“We were pregnant with a second baby and at eight weeks I miscarried,” Frankel said.

The couple is already parents to Bryn, who will turn 2 in May.

The reality star, who went on to say how “grateful” she is to have Bryn when many women “can’t have their own baby,” said she’s unsure whether she will try again.

“The window is closing,” Frankel said.

    I am always amazed when some like Frankel goes on tv and talks about how busy and hectic her life is. She talks about balancing marriage, motherhood of 1 child and running a business while still having time to be on a reality show. She is a multi-millionaire. How much is enough? Surely she could give up the reality show and hire additional people to help with the business if she is so concerned with neglecting her child or her husband. I mean….BooHoo!

    a miscarriage is still a heartbreak that lives with the former mother to be forever. Bethenny is only revealing this now to get higher ratings on her show. if she wants another baby why doesn’t she just adopt

    I think Frankel is full of it. I don’t buy her sob story about a miscarriage. There is no footage and she can say whatever she likes about what is happening in her life. These reality shows with couples always focus on the said couple having a baby. Bethenny was on Wendy Williams show a few weeks ago and said she wasn’t pregnant then. I do not believe anything that comes out of this woman’s mouth. She is in it for ratings.

    @Lucb has it ever occured to you that she miscarried before she was on the Wendy Williams show and waited until now to control how it came out. think about it Mariah Carey had one at christmas 2008 and didn’t release the info until she announced her next pregnancy in October 2010 which produced her adorable twins in April 2011 5 weeks early due to severe medical reasons. Bethenny is using this for sympathy every body knows reality television isn’t actual reality
