Bernie Sanders is getting celebrity support for his presidential campaign from stars like Will Ferrell and Sarah Silverman.

Sander’s camp has released a list of more than 100 actors, musicians, and other notable public figures who have pledged their support. Together, they’re called “The Artists & Cultural Leaders For Bernie Sanders.” All have signed a letter, which reads, “We — the undersigned artists, musicians, and cultural leaders of America — are excited to endorse a new vision for our country.”

It continues, “It’s a vision that pushes for a progressive economic agenda. It’s a vision that creates jobs, raises wages, protects the environment, and gets big money out of politics. We endorse Bernie Sanders to become the 2016 Democratic Nominee for President of the United States of America.”

Among the signatories are Ferrell, Silverman, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Piven, Susan Sarandon, Nikki Reed, Zoe Kravitz, Justin Long, and Juliette Lewis. Other names include Ben Foster, Danny DeVito, Justin Bartha, Mehcad Brooks, David Crosby, Margaret Cho, Belinda Carlisle, Anthony Kiedis, Flea, Adam McKay, Breckin Meyer, Ezra Miller, Patton Oswalt, Gabe Saporta, Bonnie Raitt, and Jeff Tweedy. Even Hans Zimmer and Steve Wozniak are on board.

McKay says in a statement, “As artists and citizens we believe it is time for government to once again represent the people and not just big money. Bernie Sanders is the only candidate speaking against the wide spread legalized corruption that has handed our government to billionaires, large corporations and banks.”

The official counting rivals fellow Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton’s own celebrity support. As Gossip Cop has reported, Beyoncé, Kim Kardashian, Lady Gaga, and Kanye West have all attended fundraisers in the last few months, two of which were hosted by Tobey Maguire and Scooter Braun. Others stars, such as Ben Affleck, Kate Hudson, and Leonardo DiCaprio, have donated to Clinton’s campaign. Clinton also has Elizabeth Banks, Sia, Richard Gere, Chris Colfer, Chloe Grace Moretz, and Ted Danson in her corner.

So far, no noteworthy celebrities have come forward to support the likes of Donald Trump, Jeb Bush, and other Republican presidential candidates. TELL US: What do you think of stars supporting Bernie Sanders?
