Ben Higgins and Lauren B.’s engagement is finally public, and now stars from “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette” are offering congratulations.

As Gossip Cop reported, Ben proposed to Lauren B. (real name: Lauren Bushnell) on Monday’s “Bachelor” season finale. Immediately after, many members of “Bachelor Nation” took to Twitter with their reactions to the outcome, including the news that JoJo Fletcher will be the next Bachelorette. Last year’s Bachelor, Chris Soules, who is no longer with his winner Whitney Bischoff, tweeted, “Congratulations to @laurenbushnell3 & @benhiggi so happy for you. Will you let me be the ring bearer?”

Soules also gave a shout-out to runner-up JoJo, writing, “Congrats @JoelleFletcher! Looks like you’re going to have 25 plus ‘edible’ men chasing you! You earned it, all my best!” Meanwhile, two-time “Bachelorette” contestant Nick Viall assured followers he won’t be a suitor again, writing on Twitter, “My search for love continues, but no longer includes group dates. Jojo’s 25 new boy friends can rest easy.”

Season 6 Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky gave JoJo her endorsement, saying, “So so so excited for the new Bachelorette!!! I won’t say who (for those who don’t know yet) but I think she’s a great choice!!!” She also received sympathy from J.P. Rosenbaum, who live-tweeted the final episode. The reality star, who is wed to season 7 Bachelorette Ashley Hebert, joked during the broadcast, “ATFR oddsmaker: 3 to 1 Ben tells JoJo he loves her.”

Parents-to-be Catherine Giudici and Sean Lowe of “The Bachelor” season 17 also live-tweeted the finale. At one point she amusingly quipped, “Ben, you’re upsetting my baby.” She also vowed to take JoJo out for drinks post-due date. She added on Monday morning, “Congrats @benhiggi and @LaurenBushnell3 Let the public affection begin!”

Referring to how Ben proposed to Lauren for a second time on “After The Final Rose,” Lowe cracked, “I’d ask Catherine to marry me again but I’m not sure how she’d answer.” He went on to say, “Congrats to the new couple! Can’t wait to laugh at JoJo’s guys with you all in a few months. Goodnight everyone.”

“A first of its kind… engagement renewal!! Nicely done @benhiggi,” tweeted Trista Sutter, the very first Bachelorette. Jason Mesnick, the season 13 Bachelor, simply stated, “A huge Congratulations to @benhiggi and @LaurenBushnell3 welcome to the wild!” Wife Molly Malaney also wrote, “Haven’t watched #TheBachelor yet (W coast problems) but I’ve never felt stronger Abt wanting someone 2 B the Bachelorette @JoelleFletcher.”

Season 10 Bachelorette Andi Dorfman was swept up by Ben and Lauren’s romance, posting, “That was the best finale in @BachelorABC history! Glad to see this show still cares about LOVE!” She also tweeted, “Congrats to @benhiggi and @LaurenBushnell3 … So so happy for you two crazy lovebirds!! LaurBen FOREVER.”

And what about Caila Quinn, who was widely expected to be the Bachelorette before JoJo got the gig? Along with a throwback photo of herself with JoJo and Lauren, Ben’s ex graciously tweeted, “Congratulations to these beautiful girls! Sending love as the journey isn’t over, it’s only just beginning.”
