I’m just being honest here, not hating. I really don’t see Kristen getting a lot of work with A-listers like BA in the near future. Right now she’s an attractive costar for an actor that has nothing to lose and a lot of fame to gain. Ben doesn’t need to take the risk of getting the wrong kind of attention by working with her. It’s just a fact that she gets a lot of negative attention, partly because she stokes the flames with her interviews, and partly because her fanbase does. I’m just guessing this is part of the calculation. He’s better off working with leading ladies who aren’t so polarizing (not that that’s a good thing, it’s just how it is). Honestly, I think it’s fine. A rom-com with BA? Seemed like a horrible fit for her to begin with. Ridley Scott and Leo DiCaprio sought him out for a film that was weeks away from preproduction when it fell through. Point is, he didn’t need an ugly scandal like this to make a name for himself – he already had that. Additionally, and maybe of even greater importance, Rupert’s character is not such that would desire an ugly, embarrassing scandal like this on his resume. He cares passionately about his reputaion and his legacy. But he was high on ego and not thinking. He was lost in a fun, exciting fantasy romance so often appealing to a man of his age. He thought he could get away with a quick fling on the side like most directors do. He didn’t.

Did you know Liberty Ross has/had friends that work for US mag? US mag claims they were tipped off,by whom I wonder?
