my hope is that this time, since there is a lot of sex in BA, that Rob does his focus on the movie, his character and not let it turn into a Remember Me promotions. Hated all the talk he did with EDR about the sex, modesty patches, EDR’s anal comments. He would say he had no idea what the movie was about but could talk about being nude and all that other garbage that they talked about. Can’t wait to see Cosmopolis and BA but dreading how he handles promotions for these movies. Wonder if Kristen will go with Rob to Berlin or if the rumors about the split since he was seen with Sarah Roemer are true. Don’t like how Rob and his team handled the SR incident. Rob and his team have just let Kristen take all the BS in the Tabloids, like she was a diva or a doormat, Sarah came out looking like the winner with all the talk about her previous work, etc. Guess her publicist is the one that called the paps but I do wonder if Rob and Sarah were on a date and got caught. Maybe since Kristen was away Rob wanted to stray and who knows maybe Kristen and Rob have an open relationship. We have no clue what is really going on with Rob and Kristen.

It will be nice to see how people will respond to this movie. I am intrigued to go and see it once it is released in the states. By just the trailer, I like how Robert is portraying George Duroy. I hope the response is good at Berlin.

I want to know when it will be playing in the U.S. So bad.

This is Bel Ami. It is Rob’s movie and he has 3 female costars. Sex is the whole premise of the movie so of course it is going to be brought up in promotion, and Rob will handle it just fine. I don’t remember Kristen Stewart being one of his costars or having anything to do with Bel Ami. Why bring her up? It has nothing to do with her at all.

Supposedly it is being released on March 2 in the US.

Sorry, but I could care less about her, and SWATH is one movie I certainly won’t be seeing. Shudder. Not everything has to do with her, and you’re right the topic is Bel Ami. I can’t wait to see it. The reviews coming out of Belgium have been fantastic, although the people who saw it are sworn to secrecy and can’t say much about it.

The two females entered the conversation because one of them is “supposed’ to be his GF but he was seen out with the other one and has been letting his “supposed” gf of three yrs get raked over the damn coals in the tabloids all because him nor his team chose not to issue a public denial(lol) that he was out on a date with Sarah HOmier ..he is a HOdog who cheated on his GF and seriously doubt they are even still together, so yea thats how these two females got brought up, noone could care less about his movies because hes turned out to be such a fucking asshole.

Although I don’t know if giving you attention is the right thing to do or not, I actually feel bad for you if you are this worked up over something like this. But I gotta admit, I don’t get how people who apparently adore Kristen can talk so badly about Rob, unless you live in a fantasy world that Kristen will leave him and run off with you… Who knows where those two will end up. I dated several men while in my twenties before I met and married my husband. But the other men were still fun adventures, and minimally (if you know what that means) Rob and Kristen are having a fun adventure together.

Personally, I can’t wait for SWATH, Bel Ami and Cosmopolis. All three.

Since this article is about Bel Ami, from what I have just read, although Sony is the distributor in the US, it still has not come up with a date for Bel Ami. The Berlin Festival is mid February, maybe they’ll wait til then to make a decision??

The US release date is March 2.

The whole Sarah Roemer incident was proven such a non-incident. The only pics that surfaced were with a car load of people. There were at least 3 people in the back seat of the car and he was not even looking at her. I don’t think “Rob and his team” had anything to handle?

So Rob went out on a Saturday night with a pretty blond actress? So what? It wasn’t a business dinner, none of them are working on anything together, and they went on to Soho House and continued having a good time. Rob’s not married, engaged, and he won’t even admit to being in a relationship, so he can go wherever he pleases with whoever he pleases. There was no incident, just a regular night out for him.

Bel Ami looks so good from the trailer, I can’t wait to see it. He has chemistry with everyone!

Bel Ami is going to premiere at the Berlin Film Festival and also appear at the Glasgow Film Festival in February. So jealous that Europe gets to see it before the US. This is a great year for Rob with 3 films coming out, his star is shining brighter than ever.

Yes, it really is a world premiere. The showings in Belgium were private, they didn’t even sell tickets to men. They were considered a kind of sneak preview, not a premiere. There were no stars or directors in attendance, it wasn’t a premiere.

I hope Rob and all the ladies show up for the real premiere in Berlin, Rob looked fantastic the past 2 times he was in Berlin, and they love him there. Great place for a premiere.

I’ve loved all the promo Rob’s done for Remember Me and Water For Elephants. He answers the questions that are asked of him, and if he beds every woman in Bel Ami, he’s surely going to be asked about it. Sex sells, hello?

I’m sure Rob will walk the red carpet at the Berlin premiere on his own, just the way he has at every other premiere for one of his solo projects. He’s an individual, not married or engaged, he should be on his own.

Rob is the one who comes out looking like a winner. Just look at his place in the MTV Most Anticipated Movie poll right now. His film, Cosmopolis, is going up against The Hunger Games, after beating The Dark Knight Rises and Breaking Dawn2. Whether he wins or not, he slaughtered all the other competition to get to the final, proving he’s the biggest star of the Twi franchise, and that he has more fans. SWATH didn’t even make it out of the first round, so much for that.

Well its not showing up on my movies app on things that will be coming out in theaters in the next few months. Thats why im worried. I jerd about the march 2nd thing too but I just hope my app is wrong.

I think Sony is just waiting until after the Berlin premiere to announce the US release date officially. As soon as they do that, they have to follow up with the promo tour, etc., and it takes time to line all that up with the schedule of the stars.

That’s what I’ve been counting on, March 2nd. But if you do a search “Bel Ami US release date Sony” for the past week, you’ll see all the Rob fan sites reporting there’s been lack of confirmation. Hopefully they are wrong, and March 2nd will stand.

Sony needs to get on the ball and confirm a date for Bel Ami in the states. The fans there are going to be up in arms if Sony drops the ball and they have to settle for a DVD instead of the big screen and I am one of those fans who would be terribly disappointed.

I debated for a while about commenting on this thing , but anyway I was under the impression this was about the movie Bel Ami not about the private life of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart which to me they seems to be doing just fine regardless of all the ridiculous and moronic comments from the no life losers ! Why is it that it seems to be the “thing” for people to hate Rob? I don’t get it . Just exactly what has he done to ellicit all these mean remarks? It seems to me there are no medium feelings – just pure vitriolic hate of insane love. Don’t get me wrong, I love Rob, but I can’t see anything that he has done to deserve such hate. I totally agree with you on this. This is not about “Robsten” and Kristen Stewart was not in the Bel Ami movie to be bringing her into it or anyone else for that matter except for the actors that were in the film. Focus on the subject at hand, don’t bring the other stuff into it. There are plenty of other places where you can discuss their relationship if you have too, but this is about Rob’s movie and nothing more needs to be added.

I just read it tonight on a Rob fan site that there is no release date for Bel Ami in the USA at this time. I do believe that it was mentioned in the past that March was that target date, but as of tonight Sony has no release date in the USA for Bel Ami.

The MTV brawl and Virgin polls have proven to be a joke. Some rabid Rob fans have made public alliances with other fan bases to vote against SWATH, Kristen and BD, and have been voting obsessively. That doesn’t prove he is the biggest star. It only proves he has the most obssesive ones. And that does not bode well for Rob. I want him to succeed, but on his own merit. This blog says it all:

I’m of British descent, but live in the USA, I’m Southern and there is a saying that comes to mind in regards to you, opinions are like a–holes everyone has one, no need to make such a remark about a person you do not know, I bet you would not say it to is face, stay in doors so your ignorance does not flow outside to others.

That blog is a joke, fueled by women with too much time on their hands who don’t know how to mind their own business, it proves nothing. What it does is create rumors and spreads them.

Rob’s fans haven’t made “alliances” with anyone else, they’re simply voting in the poll, and there are far more of them than KStew fans. She has a very small fanbase that doesn’t support her work outside of Twilight. The fact that all her indies are huge flops proves that fact.

People go to see the Twilight movies for Rob, Taylor, and KStew, in that order. His films outside the franchise have both made a profit, not hers. His fans support him no matter what he does, hers only when Rob is next to her in the movie.

And the other fandoms (HP, TDK, etc.) have been voting against Cosmopolis, they brag about it on their boards. You can’t blame everything on a couple of people who don’t like KStew–thousands of people are voting, a few people couldn’t have the kind of impact you’re alleging.

Rob’s not married, engaged, and he won’t even say the word “girlfriend,” so it’s impossible for him to be labeled a cheater. He’s never said he was in a relationship, and you can’t cheat if you’re not in a committed relationship.

Friends with benefits don’t cheat, and neither do people with a “no strings attached” kind of deal. Open relationships are open, that’s what they are. People who spend the majority of their time in different cities aren’t a priority in each other’s lives.

Channing Tatum just said at the Golden Globes that he and his wife have the 2-week rule, they never go for more than 2 weeks without seeing each other. Many Hollywood couples have that rule, but Rob doesn’t, so obviously, his friendships are just that, friendships, and nothing more. He spends more time with his Brit Pack pals than he does any girl.

I’m so proud of you Rob!! I am almost over-flowing with pride!! Rob is a serious actor, and is good to his fans. I will continue to support his career come what may.

Ihave voted for rob and cosmopolis once before. I was unawaare we could cast multiple votes. I will remedy that situation immediately.

Comparing Kristen’s small release R rated indies to the wide release PG 13 movies that Rob has made is an unfair comparison. Saying Kristen has a small fan base is ridiculous, as is to make a statement that most people go to see Twilight mainly for Rob. That’s an opinion, that is not a fact. Just like saying Rob should be on his own walking the red carpet. Who are we to say what Rob should do? However, as far as the alliances against Kristen and Twilight go, there are plenty of tweets and posts that prove it. And as far as polls go, there are many ways to rig them, not to mention, vote ad nauseum. We all do it.

And I meant to say, I confess to voting multiple times myself for both. I do agree online polls are all about getting the hits though. I just take issue with this insistance to put Kristen down (and her fans) and put her in a competition with Rob. And there is no denying that a small but loud and organised segment of Rob’s fanbase have made it a goal to get Kristen out of the picture (eventhough it’s clear to most Rob wants her in the picture), and to destroy her career. Again, there is plenty of proof of tha. tThe fact is, Kristen is well regarded in Hollywood and she wants to be an actor, not a movie star. So these polls really mean little in the scheme of things. I do hope Rob can get the critics raving about his acting in Bel Ami and Cosmopolis. Because that is really what needs to happen. I do wish them both great success and great careers ahead.

It’s the hardcore Kristen fans who hate him. I admit that I am not a fan of hers and don’t think they are a couple, but I have never seen hatred spewed at someone the way these fans do it to Rob. He is a charming, well raised young man who is extremely talented, witty and endearing. I don’t see what’s not to like about him. I guess they prefer their sullen lump of misery instead. I am looking forward to all his films, especially the ones where she is not involved. The sooner they are no longer costars, the better. Her fans will then move on and harass her other leading men.

I honestly don’t know what you are talking about, I haven’t really seen many people hate on him. Compared to Kristen, she is hated on much more. Especially by Roberts fans (I am a Rob fan, but I am also a fan of Kristen so I don’t hate on her), and Kristen fans hate on Rob. But the hate toward Kristen is so much more .. crazy because she is a girl, and girls tend to hate on girls because that lies in our nature…

On the other note, I am totally looking forward to this movie!

The poll is set up so you can vote many times, that’s the way MTV wants it. if they didn’t, they would make it so you could only vote once. The fact is, KStew just doesn’t have that many fans. If she did, SWATH would have made it out of the first round, but it failed.

Remember Me is hardly a mainstream film as you are trying to imply. The subject matter was much more serious than The Runaways and WTTR, the rating isn’t the problem. None of KStew’s indies could get wide distribution because theater owners didn’t want to show them, they were bad and they knew they wouldn’t draw an audience.

And lots of PG-13 films bomb at the box office, but Water for Elephants didn’t, it made money and it got good reviews. When discussing fanbases, what else are you going to use to compare if not box office and online polls? Maybe being voted Sexiest Man on the Planet for 3 years in a row by Glamous UK readers? Winning the E! Celebrity of the Year? Rob’s done those, he’s wildly popular. KStew just doesn’t compare by any measurement.

And the fact that you think a few people who don’t like her can “destroy” her career shows what kind of a delusional hysteric you are. People are allowed to dislike actresses, and express that. Lots of people don’t like Angelina Jolie but it hasn’t hurt her career at all, she’s got hit films and just directed a movie. If all the Jen Anniston lovers can’t drag Angie down, a few people who think KStew is wooden and smug aren’t going to hurt her career. Get over yourself.

Rob, doesn’t have to prove anything (acting) the movies he has been in and his co-stars, that alone should speak volumes. I didn’t get the whole “Twilight” hysteria that women around my age and older would lose their minds about Rob, but I decided only 5 months ago to watch the series, and I went and seen Breaking Dawn, the women there much like me. I loved the way movies has been produced, but I must say I wanted to be Bella in the honeymoon scene, what woman would not, but Rob & Kristen make such a lovely couple. I can’t wait to see Cosmopolis and Bel Ami, I know he will be brilliant in them both, well done Rob.

Rob and Christina Ricci make a lovely couple in Bel Ami. She’s a great actress and a class act. I’m glad Rob got to work with her, Uma and Kristin Scott-Thomas, Oscar-nominated actresses from whom he can learn a lot.

Rob had only good things to say about working with Reese on WFE, saying she made the set a joy to be on and they missed her charm on the days she didn’t work. Can’t wait to hear what he has to say about working with all the talented and beautiful women in Bel Ami. His sex scene with Natalie Tena is supposed to make everything in BD look very tame in comparison. This will sell a zillion copies when it comes out on DVD.

When Rob was in Berlin promoting BD, an interviewer asked him if his girlfriend would be there. He said no as she was working in London, but wished she could have been as she loves Berln. Maybe Kris will join him at the premiere.

According to some twitter,if its true,Kristen and Rob are already spotted in Paris airport ,maybe he’ll bring her to premiers after party in Berlin like he did in WFE NY premier, *here’s hoping!!*
