Barbara Walters Announces “Most Fascinating People of 2011″

Barbara Walters has announced the majority of the interviewees for her upcoming “The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2011″ special.

Among the luminaries to be profiled are Simon Cowell, Derek Jeter, Donald Trump, Katy Perry, Pippa Middleton, “Modern Family” stars Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Eric Stonestreet, as well as the press-shy Kardashians (Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and Kris Jenner).

Walters’ “Number One Most Fascinating Person of 2011″ will be revealed on the show.

The 19th annual special will air on December 14.

Any guesses on who will be named “Most Fascinating”?

    I have to say though, I’m surprised Robsten didn’t make the list. Everyone in Hollywood and their mamas namedrop either Kristen or Rob to get media attention…they should be a given. I say “DOOVER!”

    I’ve never been able to wrap my head around those that think their relationship is a PR stunt. Please explain to me why 2 people in the prime of their dating lives would pretend to be in a relationship for 3 years to proivde buzz for a movie that would be a massive success whether they are dating or not. It just makes no sense. Why people continue to deny they are a couple is weird at this point.

    Let me put it this way, Rob and Kristen are a pretty unusual two people considering what job they do.That’s what makes them fascinating to millions of people. Rob and Kristen are boring only because they do not do anything that would really put them into the gutter and these trashy tabs. They keep themselves to themselves, without selling their life, they work instead of dressing up and showing up everywhere so that people would hate them even more. They are boring to cheap people with cheap tastes who should get a life but instead would feel better if R &K were in the tabs for sth scandalous/cheap/gross. No, no, I guess R & K just hope to be taken off the tab covers. Let’s leave shitty behaviour to the Kardashians and the likes. BTW Kardashians DOES NOT EQUAL fascinating. Whatever happened to Walters’ head?

    I used to agree with Barbara most of the time……..but can’t get past Donald Trump, the Kardashians, Derek Jeter and Simon Cowell! Barbara, your taste seems to be all in your mouth.

    Baba Wawa’s definition of “most fascinating” boggles the mind. Grandma-from-hell Jenner (and other family members) using profanity in front of Mason. Filthy sex talk in front of young impressionable girls like Kylie and Kendall. A family who supports and promotes p ornography via Kim’s graphic sex tape from which she still benefits financially. An entire family who flaunts their wealth while Americans are suffering. A wedding hoax that made them millions at other people’s expense. A father who helped OJ Simpson, a murderer, get off. Says a lot about Baba doesn’t it?
