Barack Obama Has No Interest in Keeping Up with the Kardashians

In a wide-ranging interview with iVillage, Michelle Obama let slip a secret President Obama has never publicly revealed.

Our nation’s chief executive is… wait for it… no fan of The Kardashians!

When asked about Malia and Sasha‘s TV viewing habits and restrictions, the First Lady explained that the young girls are not allowed to watch television on weekdays.

And when and what they can watch during the weekends is limited.

According to the First Lady, “Barack really thinks some of the Kardashian [content]… when they watch that stuff… he doesn’t like that as much.”

She, however, feels “if we’re talking about it, and I’m more concerned with how they take it in… what did you learn when you watched that. And if they’re learning the right lessons, like, that was crazy, then I’m like, okay.”

If “crazy” is the yardstick, they’re learning a lot.

    the thing about sister wives is i think when they married those ladies he married them in different states. you can technically get married to a different person on a different state. i’ve never seen that show but i’ve heard of it and i can feel that its a disgusting tv show.

    Barack has more sense than his wife. Michelle wake up – grandma Kris Jenner (and other family members) using the “F” word in front of Mason? Filthy sex talk in front of young impressionable girls like Kylie and Kendall? The family is famous for Kim’s sex tape which is graphic and for which she still benefits financially – that’s supporting pornography.This family represents the Trashing of America and they are not the only ones to blame – Kendra, Holly, Jersey Shore.. the list goes on.

    I feel sorry for the kids!!! No tv on weekdays..and limited on weekends.. what the hell kind of parents do that!!! Thats Rough
    As kids me and my brother got ourselves up and ready for school, packd lunches, then watchd cartoons till it was time to leave..
    Weekends we would get up earlyier just for the cartoons… Cartoons only ran for few hours in the morning,, then it was outside to play..
    LET THE KIDS WATCH TV!!!

    He’s only legally married to the first wife. The other three are “spiritual” marriages. They consider themselves married in the eyes of God and their religion, but there is no marriage contract/license filed with any state/government entity.

    They’re a bit past the cartoon only stage of watching tv. I think it’s great that they monitor their tv watching time and content. It would be nice if more parents did the same. Then we might end up with fewer people like the Kardashian’s to populate trashy reality tv shows in the first place. It’s obviously not the only thing that leads to such people existing, but it certainly doesn’t help.
