The Avengers Alternate Opening Scene

An alternate opening scene for The Avengers, included in the upcoming DVD and Blu-ray release, has surfaced online.
The deleted clip features Cobie Smulders’ S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Maria Hill being interviewed about “what went wrong” after the events of the movie, accompanied by scenes of the destruction caused in New York during the climatic battle.
We see glimpses of Captain America and The Hulk, and the foreshadowing is pretty grim.
Speaking about The Avengers, Hill laments, “Who would bring those people together, and not expect what happened?”
