“Parks and Recreation” actress Aubrey Plaza needed to get her ear pierced — so she decided to let Kathy Griffin do it.

It all went down on Griffin’s talk show, where fellow guests Kate Walsh and Steven Weber looked on as Plaza, under audience pressure and duress, allowed Griffin to perform the procedure.

Unfortunately, Griffin missed the mark.
