Ashton Kutcher: I’m “Interested” in Staying on Two and a Half Men

“Two and a Half Men” fans may have another season with Ashton Kutcher to look forward to.

The actor, who had signed a one-year deal after Charlie Sheen was fired from the hit series, said on Wednesday he “would be interested in doing more.”

Kutcher and some members of the “Men” cast and crew, including creator Chuck Lorre, discussed the show’s future at the Television Critics Association’s winter gathering in Pasadena, California.

“The deal that we structured for the show was kind of a test deal,” Kutcher explained, adding that “having a show people like and want more of, that will dictate my decision” on whether to continue.

During the show’s summer hiatus, Kutcher says he’ll film “a couple of movies.”

Kutcher’s return hinges on whether he and CBS can come to an agreement.

    I stopped watching Two and a Half Men when Charlie Sheen was fired. Ashton does nothing for me.

    I don’t think Mr Kutcher is suited for that role. It doesn’t seem to fit him and Alan is getting more time on the show because he is funnier than Kutcher. I want Charlie back.

    I would never watch the show. It’s funny how society loves a person like him. A descent person they try to bring down. To me, Ashton is a slut.

    It is still a funny show. The whole cast makes the show. Charlie Sheen created his own reasons for getting fired, he got over it, why can’t you? I will say that in my opinion Ashton needs to clean himself up for the part, a haircut and wash his face, looks like he just got out of bed. His look is not attractive, he looks dirty.

    Personally, I’m still watching the show. I feel Ashton brings an interesting new aspect to it. I think what I like the most is seeing how the original cast works with him. Do I miss Charlie? Of course, but he got himself fired.

    I can’t get into the show after Charlie left. Ashton’s character seems so stupid and silly, it makes it seem that Ashton can’t act. My wishful dream is having Charlie show up on their doorstep. Homeless now, he ends up sharing the spare bedroom with his brother. Charlie could then teach Ashton’s character how to be single and grow a pair.

    Knowing this won’t happen, I am looking forward to Charlie’s new show, Anger Management

    I want to start watching Two and a half men again but Kutcher is just not funny at all, and because of that the whole show stinks. They need to negotiate and bring Charie Sheen back, the show is BORING without him. It was the best show on TV with Charlie.
