Pete Wentz Has ‘Physical’ Issues With Ashlee Simpson Custody Arrangement

Pete Wentz is taking his soon-to-be ex-wife Ashlee Simpson to court for joint custody of their two-year-old son Bronx.

When Simpson filed for divorce from Wentz on February 9, Simpson requested primary physical custody and joint legal custody of their son, but now Wentz wants joint physical custody, according to papers filed yesterday in Los Angeles Superior Court.

    That is totally understandable, and, if I were a guy, and my son was just a toddler, I WOULD GO FOR THE SAME TYPE OF CUSTODY. Why not, he, meaning Bronx (yuck, live in NY, can’t even imagine naming one of my kids after one of the five boroughs of NYC). is not in regular school yet, (K-12), so his education would not be disrupted. And, who knows, I certainly don’t, with all the usual rumors flying around after the normal Hollywood break up, if she ends up in rehab, hospital, moving to OUTTER MONGOLIAN, it is better, for his side, to have split custody.
