Ariana Grande Does Vocal Impressions On ‘SNL’ When Tidal Goes Down – WATCH VIDEO
Ariana Grande did a series of musical impressions during a sketch on “SNL” in which Tidal went down. Check out the “Saturday Night Live” video below of Grande impersonating Britney Spears, Shakira, Rihanna, Celine Dion, and Whitney Houston.
After the Britney Spears stream went down at Tidal, an employee told the streaming service’s manager that their intern Chloe (Grande) does a great impersonation of Spears. And with that, Grande’s Chloe grabbed a mic and began singing a Spears song, saving that channel from going down. After that Chloe had to sing Shakira, which she did with a little hip shaking. Next, the station manager asked the intern if she could sing Ariana Grande, but Chloe said she was “not a big fan.”
Not long after, the Rihanna channel went down, and Chloe had to sing a Rihanna song. Chloe admitted afterwards, “I truly don’t know what the words are,” to which the station manager at Tidal said that no one does. Following that the Celine Dion channel went down, and the intern nailed her impression of her, as well. And finally, the Whitney Houston channel went down, and Chloe had to sing, “I Will Always Love you.” Suffice to say, Grande’s intern was unbelievable performing that iconic hit.
