Are Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt Engaged?

The report everywhere this afternoon has Paris Hilton and beau Doug Reinhardt engaged. According to sources, Reinhardt popped the question while the couple vacationed in Fiji.

It is NOT TRUE.

When Gossip Cop reached out to Paris’ mother, Kathy Hilton, she told Gossip Cop exclusively, “This is the first I’ve heard of it. I’m sure it’s just a rumor.”

A rep for Paris also said that talk of an engagement is not true.

“The rumor of Paris Hilton’s engagement to Doug Reinhardt is inaccurate. The couple had a lovely time on their vacation and are happy together, however this is a false rumor and is just another example of bloggers inventing their own stories.”
