Tiger Woods is facing another bad round.

The superstar golfer, who already was in a bad wedge between his wife and Rachel Uchitel, now has a new “foursome,” courtesy of Jaime Grubbs, a 24-year-old cocktail waitress from L.A.

Grubbs claims she had a 31-month affair with Woods during which they had 20 sexual encounters. Grubbs says she can back up her links to the golfer with more than 300 text messages, photos and a voicemail, which UsWeekly.com will make available tomorrow. On Grubbs’ voicemail, Woods intimates that his wife Elin Nordgren had begun to suspect he was playing around.

We can only imagine how teed Nordegren is now.
