“Jersey Shore” is looking for new talent, and Conan O’Brien found “secret audition tapes” for three aspiring cast members.

Anne Hathaway talks about her affinity for gentlemen with “multiple growth hormones,” while Paul Rudd confesses that he really wants to marry and settle down with a “guido.”

But neither candidate is as convincing as Dennis Haysbert.

Hey, we love Snooki and Sitch as much as anyone, but how great would a Haysbert “Jersey Shore” be?
