Ann B. Davis, Alice of The Brady Bunch, Dies at 88 After Suffering Fall
Ann B. Davis died on Sunday after suffering a fall in her home.
“The Brady Bunch” star was 88.
Davis reportedly hit her head in her bathroom on Saturday, and failed to regain consciousness.
Best known as cheerful live-in housekeeper Alice, Davis appeared on “The Brady Bunch” from 1969 to 1974.
She reprised the role in several “Brady” TV movies, and had a cameo — as a different character — in the 1995 big screen adaptation.
Davis most recently reunited with her beloved cast mates at the 2007 TV Land Awards.
Co-star Florence Henderson tweeted, “I’m so shocked & saddened to learn my dear friend & colleague Ann B Davis died today.”
“I spoke with her a few months ago & she was doing great,” added the actress.
