Angelina Jolie and Stacy Keibler “Awkward” at SAG Awards?

Earlier this month, Us Weekly published a bogus report claiming that George Clooney “doesn’t like” Angelina Jolie, and that Jolie supposedly snubbed Clooney’s girlfriend Stacy Keibler on a recent flight.

The rumored group tension seemed to come out of nowhere, because, in fact, it came out of nowhere.

As Gossip Cop reported, there have been no bad feelings or uncomfortableness between Jolie and either Clooney or Keibler.

When the trio and Brad Pitt posed happily for photographs at Sunday’s SAG Awards, Us Weekly could have simply acknowledged that the quartet was having a good time at the event.

Instead, the outlet doubled down, deeming the pictures “awkward” and repeating the wrong allegations about Jolie and Keibler’s supposedly chilly jet trip.

As a close friend of Keibler tells Gossip Cop, it could not be further from the truth.

Jolie is “nothing but warm and wonderful to Stacy,” we’re told, and the feelings are mutual.

Us Weekly‘s characterization of the happy quartet as “awkward” is, like those previous stories, “100% false.”

Looking at the pictures from Sunday (another is below), it’s hard to disagree.

    Oh yes, I knew a new lie was coming. It was a day or two after the golden globes that the lie about clooney not liking Angie and finding her boring and that she snub Stacy.     the only awkward thing is brad’s hair. He needs to embrace the hot rather than the hobo. As an aside, I was looking at some old pics of Jolie and she has ALWAYS been thin. REALLY thin.

    Obviously these trashy rags and the haters don’t care what the truth is. They only want to print lies because they know people (Jen fans) will read this trash and believe it. why, because it’s negative and anything to put Angie down or make her look bad. But the truth, they are the ones that look pathetic and desperate.

    Janet, a little while ago at US weekly site their latest story – showing a picture of Angie from 2005 and one 2012 side by side how her looks have change. That her aging is evident in her looks and body, bla bla bla. I couldn’t read anymore. I guess they are going to hold a grudge forever and continue to print ridiculous things and lies about her. Anyone in their right mind can can see she is still beautiful. Why are people so obsessed with her weight? She is not the only thin actress in HW. Have anyone ever look at Zoe Saldana she is very thin but no one makes any mean cooments about her weight. She is also a good looking lady. I really detest us weakly. This is not a reputable mag, it’s just another trashy, trashy rag same as the enquirer.

    It came from Stacy herself also. She was interviewed by a Fox 5 New York and stated those words. Quote from the interview …Keibler denies any claims that Jolie is being the mean girl on campus. When asked about being given the cold shoulder from her man’s famous celebrity friends, Keibler said, “That is completely false. She has been nothing but great and nice to me. That’s 100 percent false… I’ve hung out with them a couple of times and they’ve been nothing but nice.”

    Brad’s hair might be long for an up and coming role…If not I am with you,love his hair shorter..either way just love him.
    And yes Jolie has ALWAYS been super thin…I think people on a whole get confused when Angelina is pregnant…But baby weight is not her normal weight…never has been.
    Her brother James Haven also very thin…so its genetics…Not weight loss issues. I am in my late forties and have seen her through the years Always Really thin…except during her baby weight gains.
