Angelina Jolie Divorcing Brad Pitt Over Cheating Rumors, Trust Issues?
Angelina Jolie is NOT divorcing Brad Pitt over rumors he cheated, nor are there any trust issues between the couple, despite a fabricated tabloid cover story. Gossip Cop can exclusively bust this claim. We’re told it’s “all lies.”
According to Star, Jolie and Pitt are headed for a $450 million split following years of supposed relationship issues. A so-called “source” tells the tabloid, “She’s fed up with what her life has become and wants to make a change.” The magazine’s dubious insider goes on to claim that Pitt was “blindsided” with the news that his wife had allegedly consulted a divorce attorney, and now he’ll meet with his own lawyer “to discuss his options regarding custody and protecting his earnings.”
The outlet then goes on to recycle the same old bogus story that Pitt may have cheated on Jolie with his Allied co-star Marion Cotillard, adding that even if he didn’t, Jolie believes it to be true. The tabloid’s “source” says, “The divorce is bound to get ugly.”
Jolie, however, doesn’t believe Pitt was unfaithful with Cotillard, because it never happened. Those allegations were 100 percent manufactured by the tabloids, and are constantly regurgitated without any foundation. The fact that these untruths are repeated over and over should not lead anyone to believe that these false claims are in any way true.
Still, Gossip Cop checked in with a very reliable source close to the couple, who exclusively assures us that the tabloid’s tale of breakup and infidelity is “all lies.” We’re told there simply aren’t any problems in Pitt and Jolie’s marriage.
Of course, we’re not shocked that the publication would try once again to push the false narrative that the couple is headed for a split. Gossip Cop has repeatedly debunked Star’s many made-up breakup reports about the famous pair, including a recent cover story falsely alleging that Pitt cheated on his wife while she was battling health issues. The magazine’s latest divorce claim is equally unfounded and untrue.
