Angelina told them. A man and woman would have to be out of their freaking mind having 6 kids and do not anticipate completely staying together at least until they become young adults.. I see that as a planned family, not a mistake because adoption was involved along with their biological children. However, I hope that they will get married in the future.

I have nothing but the utmost respect and admiration for both Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. They are doing so much when it comes to humanitarian work in the world. Sounds to me like they both have a good head on their shoulders, and they’re working hard at making the world a better place, in whatever way they can.

I suspect that Brad & Angelina, knowing the frivolity that rules tabloids and magazines and celebrity speculation of all kinds, knew at the outset, that they had to communicate they were in it for the long haul, that’s why they let their words, and more importantly, their ACTIONS – speak for them…

HE adopted her children Maddox & Zahara at the outset, all of the children bear BOTH of their names conjoined names (JOLIE-PITT), and it’s also why they were/are constantly talking about having even MORE kids (Brad said between 7 and 9, on Oprah last year). In FACT, in almost every interview — they talk about having kids and they speak in the language of ‘togetherness,’ (lots of ‘we’s’ and ‘us”) and foreseeing the future together.

Brad & Angie clearly overestimated the intelligence, or compassion of your average tabloid writer and reader however, and perhaps mistakenly thought that cooler, saner heads would prevail, and recognize them as the loved up, united front, that they are who are raising a family and accomplishing much in the world. They truly are inspiring.

I’m sure the Jolie-Pitt’s thought that people would not make bullsh*t up out of whole cloth just to attack them for the hell of it, or try to make money off the fictional drama in rags – but especially, I’m sure they thought that at the very least, mainstream media wouldn’t LAZILY regurgitate the lies.

At some point constantly wishing and hoping this beautiful family of 8 breaks up, becomes inexplicably evil and baseline deranged.

Even Stevie Wonder looks at these two people and feels the love – they’re legends already. People liken them to Taylor/Burton, I’d say they’re more Woodward/Newman. Maybe the passion of one or both, and the staying power of the latter. I’m glad they found each other, as are millions. One day a craploid mag will recognize that more feel this way than not – and perhaps they’ll start to MAKE money, instead of losing it every week.
