Andrew Garfield Cheated on Emma Stone?

Andrew Garfield may have cheated on his rumored girlfriend Emma Stone, reports Star magazine, which claims the Spider-Man actor “was caught getting frisky with his Social Network co-star Rashida Jones” at Animal restaurant on October 26.

An alleged “eyewitness” at the L.A. eatery tells the mag, “I was so surprised to see them out together and sitting so close to each other,” adding, “There was some serious flirting going on.”

The “insider” claims Garfield was “hanging on Rashida’s every word” during the meal, and was later spotted “tenderly resting his hand on the small of her back.”

So was this supposed eyewitness sitting in between them during dinner?

Please.

In any case, a friend of Jones tells Gossip Cop she and Garfield “are just friends.”

Star gets served once again.

    Oh come on, Andrew being super friendly with someone isn’t new. Clearly, he’s the kind of guy who demonstrates lots of affection towards his friends. That doesn’t mean he’s cheating x)

    W O W okay because anyone who has seen videos of Andrew interacting with his cast mates knows how he has no perception of a personal bubble and is very affectionate towards his friends. This behavior doesn’t surprise me at all and it’s ridiculous to think that this would constitute cheating.
    It also has never been CONFIRMED that Andrew and Emma are dating.

    Frankly, this is stupid. First of all, Emma and Andrew haven’t even confirmed their relationship. Secondly, I don’t know him personally, but Andrew just seems like an affectionate guy in general. Check out his interviews, he’s always incredibly warm and has loving things to say about his costars. Finally, sitting close to someone and touching them on their back, especially for someone so affectionate, isn’t even a little bit of a marker of a romantic relationship. Andrew and Rashida could just be friends since, you know, they worked on a movie together and all. I know the media pretty much says any two people who are within five feet of each other are in a relationship, but it’s possible they’re not.
