Amy Winehouse’s Dad Hands Out Her Clothes to Mourning Fans

Amy Winehouse‘s father Mitch handed out some of her clothes and personal effects to fans mourning the late singer outside her London apartment on Thursday.
The surprise gesture came after the older Winehouse came to remove items from his daughter’s residence.
“These are Amy’s T-shirts,” Winehouse is quoted as telling the crowd. “This is what she would have wanted – for her fans to have her clothes.”
He passed out garments and accessories that included tank tops, sunglasses and other items.
Winehouse died of unknown causes last Saturday at the age of 27.
Mitch and Janis Winehouse gathered with their daughter’s fans earlier this week and expressed their gratitude for the outpouring of support.
On Tuesday, Mitch Winehouse released a statement saying Amy was “the happiest she has been in years” before her sudden passing.
