Amy Schumer Topless On Book Cover For “The Girl With The Lower Back Tattoo” (Pic)

Schumer took to Twitter and Instagram on Saturday to reveal the artwork. Appropriately, the book’s title is printed so it appears on her lower back. And because the front of Schumer’s body is facing away from the camera, her breasts are not visible.
The book, which is slated to be published in August, “will feature personal and observational stories from Schumer that range from the raunchy to the romantic, the heartfelt to the harrowing,” publisher Gallery Brooks previously said in a statement. Publisher Jennifer Bergstrom praised the star, saying, “Amy Schumer is not an entertainer who can actually write. She’s a writer — who also happens to entertain.”
And Schumer has been increasingly comfortable with showing off her body in the face of online bullying. Last fall, she posed topless and wore sheer underwear for the 2016 Pirelli Calendar. She was shot by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz, and Schumer wrote on Instagram at the time, “Beautiful, gross, strong, thin, fat, pretty, ugly, sexy, disgusting, flawless, woman. Thank you Annie Leibovitz!”
Leibovitz teamed up with the “Inside Amy Schumer” host again for her recent Vanity Fair spread. And one of those pantsless shots was designed to make it look like her crotch was on fire. It’s unclear who photographed Schumer for her new book cover art. See the full picture below.
