This is a cautionary story for Lindsay Lohan at least: don’t drive in New Jersey. They take their drunk driving cases more seriously than LA does.

it would! i live in Aust, and a bicycle rider recently hit and killed a pedestrian and was FINED $400. Thats it, no jail time, no nothing.

There is something seriously wrong the american judicial system and it’s treatment of celebrities. This wouldn’t happen anywhere else in the world.
