The first four “America’s Got Talent” semi-finalists were revealed on Tuesday.

As Gossip Cop reported, 12 acts competed in the first quarter-final round on Monday, with just David Garibaldi & the CMYKs getting a standing ovation from all three judges.

So, which contestants did America – and the judges – choose to keep in the competition?

- Father-daughter singing duo Shanice and Maurice

- Dancing siblings The Scott Brothers

- Unconventional painters David Garibaldi & the CMYKs

- Young singer and pianist Edon Pinchot (chosen by the judges)

    Kaylene, the acts that were put through were not labeled correctly as such in the blog, but they are: The Scott Brothers, David Garibaldi & the CMYKs, Edon Pinchot, and Shanice and Maurice. I think America chose well this time, so I won’t complain. My kids really wanted Edon to go through. The audio quality was to blame from the show Wolfe2049, not Edon. My Dish co-worker’s family and mine watch the show each week, and we make a big event out of it with food. We watch both weekly episodes at once and since we can watch commercial free with Auto Hop, we save over an hour and 15 minutes and still have time to watch what is important; the show, not commercials.

    I think the dog ventriloquist should be given a second chance. The idea was brilliant. So he’ll get better jokes, give the guy another shot at it.
