America’s Got Talent Cuts YouTube Acts, Reveals More Semi-Finalists

Twelve acts pulled from YouTube competed on the “America’s Got Talent” stage — but, as revealed on Wednesday, only 4 of them will be moving on to the semi-finals.

So, which competitors did America – and the judges – choose to keep in the competition?

- Hip-hop dancers Academy of Villains

- Singer Bria Kelly

- Magician Magic of Puck

- Exotic bird trainer Clint Carvalho & His Extreme Parrots (chosen by the judges)

Next week, each judge will bring back 4 previously eliminated acts to compete during the Wild Card round.

    I’m glad to have Americas Got Talent back on primetime, but the latest shows didn’t peak my interest. AGT felt more like a night of just mediocre acts with the best of the groups moving forward. I hope the next episode gets back up to par and we have an awesome night. This season has been the bomb watching all my primetime shows commercial free. I’ve been able to cut out all the manually fast forwarding using the Auto Hop feature. Commercials will always available by skipping back or declining to use Auto Hop. One of my coworkers at Dish showed me how Auto Hop worked, and this is one of my favorite features to use. This only works a day after the shows have recorded from primetime. This takes the hassle of hitting the fast forward and rewind buttons to get to the next scene and saves battery life in my remote.
