American Idol Picks Top 24 – Plus a Twist!

Picking up right where it dramatically left off on Wednesday, Thursday’s “American Idol” wasted no time continuing to reveal the Top 24 of season 11.

Adam Brock‘s fate, teased at the end of the previous episode, turned out to be a good one.

He, along with nine others, joined the 14 other semi-finalists announced on Wednesday.

The new additions also include suicide attempt survivor Hallie Day.

Sadly, not everyone could make the cut.

David Leathers Jr., who drew comparisons to Astro of “The X Factor,” was among those eliminated.

But that’s not all.

One of the previously eliminated guys – Leathers, Jermaine Jones, Richie Law or “gonna be a star” Johnny Keyser – will be welcomed back into the competition during next Tuesday’s live episode.

That will make for a Top 25, comprised of 13 men and 12 women.
