The Amazing Spider-Man will be released on July 3, 2012, Columbia Pictures announced today.

Until now, the Spidey reboot was untitled.

Andrew Garfield stars as the webslinger, with Emma Stone and Rhys Ifans also featured.

At right is the first photo of Garfield in full mask and costume.
