There is no evidence. There is just a crazy as story told by a crazy as man. And some how Amanda was found guilty? One of the biggest issues was the fact that the jury was not sequestered. The media ran wild with stories about Amanda Knox all of which was base solely on fantasy and sadly the jury saw it all read it all and eat it all up as if it where actual evidence. The case against Amanda Knox is still on going and this film can and will harm her chances at overturning her wrong conviction. damn it phone.

” the jury was not sequestered” What jury? Do you even know how the legal system works in Italy? From wikipedia “In Italy, a Civil Law jurisdiction, a “popular Jury” is present only in the Corte d’Assise, where two career magistrates are supported by six so-called Lay Judges, whom are raffled from the registrar of voters” and there has been no appeal yet. I’m not sure you’re well informed about all this.

Every news group that covered the story. Oh and the Legal system doesn’t work in Italy. Obviously.

Maybe it doesn’t work, but regardless of what the CNN wrote saying “the jury was not sequestered” makes no sense while referring to the italian legal system, what do they mean with the term “jury” exactly? Also if you want nothing to do with that system don’t go to Italy and get involved in a murder, it’s not that hard I assure you. And please don’t tell me the American legal system works perfectly, that there is not a single innocent man or woman in jail, or that there is not a single murderer free. Personally I don’t think that letting a bunch of random people with no credentials decide if someone is guilty of murder is such a great idea, but I’m not going to say that “it doesn’t work”, after all it’s just my opinion and I don’t have enough information to say that. Apparently you know everything about the italian legal system to say that “it doesn’t work, obviously”, I just hope that you’re not basing this opinion on a single case and on the few information the CNN gave you about it.

I just realized that a kid is posting these stories on Gossip Cop. The grammar used in most of these stories starting tipping me off but now it’s so blatant. I don’t know why anyone would believe Gossip Cop now it’s as hokey as the rest. I kept wondering why the only people Gossip Cop really defended were Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson now I know.

They “killed” the movie about the Kennedys didn’t they?? Turnabout is fair play…..”kill” this one too!!
And I just have to ask……Renee33….what is wrong with the grammar used in these stories? Gossip Cop is the ONLY report that can be believed. And that is saying something with the amount of pure crap out there (In Touch, In Style, Us Weekly etc.)
