Amanda Bynes Shows Off Drastic Makeover

Amanda Bynes showed off a drastic new look on Twitter on Sunday, sharing a photo (right) of herself donning a curly blonde wig, cheek piercing and heavy eye makeup.

The actress tweeted the picture with the caption, “Wink ;)”

Bynes’ makeover is just one of a series of changes the star has been making in her life over the past six months.

She recently moved to New York and said she had quit acting.

Bynes is also making (some) progress in her string of ongoing legal problems.

She settled her hit and run case in December, but is still on the hook in a DUI case and for driving with a suspended license.

    Stayed home with a sick child last week, lots of Nickelodeon. The Amanda Show was on and its just so sad to see such a drastic change in her. Maybe Jenny Garth can reach out and offer her some support and guidance.

    I remember watching her on The Amanda Show and then seeing her transition into movies like What a Girl Wants and She’s The Man. I was such a fan.. I would’ve never guessed she would end up on this road. A little part of me still wants her to turn her life around and be the funny girl I grew up watching.
