Kim Kardashian has turned a temporary restraining order against alleged stalker Dennis Shaun Bowman into a permanent one.
Bowman, the guy who reportedly showed up at numerous Kardashian appearances around Los Angeles, sometimes wearing face paint like The Joker, is now subject to a restraining order that lasts until 2013.
Neither Bowman nor Kardashian was in court for the ruling.
