Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz Not Married, Despite Perez Post

Every morning we wake up and wonder, “How will Perez Hilton outdo himself as the least trustworthy celebrity news blogger on the planet?”
He never fails to deliver.
After another outlet mistakenly published a report claiming Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz had secretly married, Hilton went into cut-and-paste mode.
Only this time he not only failed to check with a single source himself… he also failed to notice that the item he stole was retracted almost instantly.
Hilton claims a rep for Keys “confirmed that the two had a small ceremony on Sunday in front of close family and friends.” He even gives details about her gown and shoes — as though the wedding really took place.
But it didn’t.
And the Keys representative never “confirmed” anything of the sort to Hilton or anyone else.
He blatantly stole another site’s story and then was too careless to do any actual reporting.
And he got burned.
“Congrats and good luck!” gushes the blogger, still pretending that this ceremony occurred. “We know all about Swizz’s track record!”
And we know all about Perez Hilton’s track record.
