to be honest, she has the right to sue Demi and it doesnt matter if she is in rehab. Demi and her fam, well maybe not demi if she is incomunicated but her fam has been coward enough to “try through intermediaries” to apologize to alex, demi and her fam are the ones called to apologize, in rehab or no doesn´t mean she can go out like nothing happened, and demi dad warning alex not to sue demi is out of place, first demi was on the wrong and disney even when they support demi going on rehab are not gonna get into a demand to say demi was right, its wrong on so many levels, and there were pics of alex and demi acting friendly way be4 the incident, maybe they did were friends, if demi was wrong she needed to man up, and say yes i did wrong not gonna punchng everybody, and there hasné been proofs to say alex told on demi and even then in sept and octob was alex who go the support of the tour managers and jobros, or it seems like that in pics. i highly doubt jobros and managers supporting alex if she did anything wrong!

She acts like Demi beat her up or something. It’s not that serious. And to sue for getting into with your “friend”? What does she expect to get out of this lawsuit, some money for being hit? Yes, if Demi did indeed hit her she was wrong, but why is she expecting a phone call or an appology from the girl if she barely speaks to her own family. Maybe she should wait until Demi can visit or at least until she comes out of rehab.
If Demi was upset because she thought that Welch had told on her then maybe she should consult the other dancers because someone told Demi that it was her who told. She’s adding fuel to the fire now and why is she just now saying something? Like, did someone tell her to go sue her for having a bruised cheekbone and blackeye? Those heal pretty quickly. It seems like she should’ve cleared the air and said something last month about the incident. I feel bad because she was hit, but don’t make it out to be something bigger than it’s not. If everyone sued someone for punching them then courts would be filled with angry teenagers.

its not demi’s fault she is bipolar. she went to rehab and got help and she is alot better now. plus, it says that demi couldn’t call alex because she was in rehab and demi’s parents tryed to contact alex and her parents but they didn’t want to talk to the Lovato family. So even if Demi was trying to apoligize she couldn’t because alex and her family didn’t want to talk to them!!!

if alex was a big girl and more mature then demi lovato then why she open her mouth? they are both in the wrong and if u think about it demi would have never punched her in the face if she didnt open her mouth. No one wants there business to be told especially if its personal and if she really wanted to sue her for getting punched in the face she shuld have said somtihng along time ago and if she was such a big girl and mature she wuld let it go but as we are all seeing she still is whining about it in which case is getting uneeded attention.
