THIS is what music with genuine heart and soul sounds like. Brittney Howard is an amazing musician. Beyonce and Rhianna could learn a thing or two from Ms.Howard. So much substance from Alabama Shakes. Unlike singing about single ladies and putting a ring on it. (Eyeroll).

Alabama Shakes was fantastic last night on SNL. I really enjoyed their new song, Always Alright. It was a joy watching Alabama Shakes live on TV last night since I was able to get off of work early at DISH. I’ve got the DISH Hopper whole-home DVR and it works well for me since I like to start my shows in the kitchen while making lunch for the next day, and then finish them in the living room. It was nice having the flexibility to watch in any room I want while at home.
