Alabama Shakes performed “Don’t Wanna Fight” on this week’s “SNL.” The song is the first single off the band’s upcoming Sound & Color album. Check out the video below of band’s performance of “Don’t Wanna Fight.”

This marks the second time Alabama Shakes has been the musical guest on “SNL.” The group was on a little more than a year ago when Christoph Waltz hosted the show, and they played “Hold On” and “Always Alright,” which was featured on the Silver Lining Playbook soundtrack.

The band’s current appearance on “SNL” is in advance of the release of their second full-length album, Sound & Color, which is set to drop in April. “Don’t Wanna Fight” was the first single off the album. The newly released song has already charted in the top 40 of Billboard’s Alternative Songs chart.

A little more than a week ago, Alabama Shakes performed at the Islington Assembly Hall in London, where a Gossip Cop pal in attendance said they blew the roof off the venue with their new songs, “Future People,” “Shoegaze,” “The Greatest,” and “Dunes.” They also played “Gimme All Your Love,” “Miss You,” “Guess Who,” “Over My Head,” This Feeling, “Gemini,” and the titular “Sound & Color.”
