AFI Announces Its Top 10 Movies and TV Shows of 2010

The American Film Institute has released its annual list of the 10 best movies and 10 best TV shows of the year.
The 10 films, as selected by the AFI jury, are: Black Swan, The Fighter, Inception, The Kids Are All Right, 127 Hours, The Social Network, The Town, Toy Story 3, True Grit and Winter’s Bone.
As for the best TV programs of 2010, the organization selected: “The Big C,” “Boardwalk Empire,” “Breaking Bad,” “Glee,” “Mad Men,” “Modern Family,” “The Pacific,” “Temple Grandin”, “30 Rock” and “The Walking Dead.”
Each of the films and series will be honored during a luncheon in Los Angeles on January 14.
