Adam Pally Busted For Cocaine And Marijuana Possession
Adam Pally was busted in New York City on Tuesday night after being found in possession of cocaine and marijuana, Gossip Cop confirms.
Police caught the comedic actor smoking pot from an e-cigarette in Hell’s Kitchen and cited him for misdemeanor drug possession. After patting him down, the cops also discovered a small bag of cocaine and issued Pally with a second misdemeanor charge. The actor wasn’t arrested, but he’s been ordered to appear before a judge within the next 30 days.
Pally is best known for his roles on “The Mindy Project” and Fox’s new comedy series, “Making History,” in which his character goes back to the 1700s and begins dating Paul Revere’s daughter after discovering time travel. The actor also had small appearances in the movies Dirty Grandpa and Iron Man 3, and a recurring role on the ABC series “Happy Endings.”
Pally has been open in the past about his penchant for weed. On a 2013 episode of the short-lived TBS talk show, “The Pete Holmes Show,” the actor revealed he treated his meningitis with pot. “I’m a marijuana enthusiast,” Pally noted. “I smoke weed everyday multiple times a day. In fact they say that that helps ease the symptoms. I say that now.” Gossip Cop has reached out to the actor’s rep for a comment about Tuesday night’s situation.
