    Half the people on the list have zero influence. Chelsea Handler? Her NBC show is on the verge of cancellation and she’s only where she is because she worked on her back to get to the top. She’s just one of the (very) many who mean nothing and will end up being on the back side of a milk carton’s “Missing Person” list.
