There will be some big names at the 64th Cannes Film Festival.

On Thursday, organizers for the legendary event announced the slate of movies that will be part of the May festivities.

Newly engaged Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are expected to be on hand for his Killing Them Softly, and both Robert Pattinson (Cosmopolis) and Kristen Stewart (On the Road) have films in competition.

Zac Efron and Nicole Kidman (The Paperboy), Bruce Willis and Bill Murray (Moonrise Kingdom), and Reese Witherspoon and Matthew McConaughey (Mud) are also expected to attend.

A special screening of Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted is planned, which could bring featured voices Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, Jada Pinkett Smith and her hubby Will to the festival.

  • Vanessa

Looking forward to seeing Rob and Kristen at Cannes, together or not. Really looking forward to Cosmopolis.

Angelina and brad are publicity hungry and get box office behind the rk ‘s fan.. fan… now show ring… and children… is obvious

It is not that they seek publicity, publicity purveyors seek them. They happen to be one of the top celebrity couples that most people love to hear about. They can’t help it if people take their pics all of the time and splash them on magazines, they sell mags. Are they to hole up in their home and never come out? If people didn’t buy all the mags with them in and make all of the comments on these sites about them, they wouldn’t be always splashed on the covers. Fact is, they are the “it” couple right now. They don’t call the paps to come follow them around and take pics and if they did, the media wouldn’t go if they knew that they wouldn’t make a ton of money off of this family. Supply and demand. Public demands it so the media supply it.

Publicity hungry? Pitt has a movie premiering there, Angelina has been with him for 7years, why wouldn’t she be there? They don’t need publicity about their private lives and they’ve gone out of the way to prove that over the years.

The only thing obvious is your total lack of understanding and class.

Michelle and Rebecca — well said.

  • Peaceoutalyssa

    Yay Robsten :D♥

Other way around THE PUBLIC’s HUNGER CRAVE’S Angelina and Brad.
And that is what is OBVIOUS.
And you will learn to live with that or blast off to outer space…Because they are known all over this planet.
