Nathan Lee Parada faces up to three years in prison after trying to break into the socialite’s house in August 2010. Hilton’s boyfriend, Cy Waits, pulled a firearm on Parada and held him at gunpoint until police arrived.

The “Gossip Girl” star, who was busted for pot possession in Texas last summer, has cut a deal to complete a pre-trial diversion program, which means that if he meets certain conditions in the next 12 months, the case will be dismissed and he’ll have no criminal record.
